Two Side plastic coated stainless steel - 304 tape
TS6 plastic coated stainless steel tape consists of annealed and soft stainless steel foil coated on both sides with the copolymer of LDPE. The copolymer exhibits excellent adhesion to the metal substrate as well as low, linear low, medium, high density polyethylene as well as chlorinated polyethylene. The stainless steel foil is annealed that gives it an excellent formability and fabrication characteristics.
The coating on TS6 plastic coated metal adheres well to polyethylene and to jackets that contain, CPE, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE or MDPE. This bonded jacket construction:
1. Forms a unified sheath for the cable incorporating the strength of the steel component with the elongation of the jacketing component.
2. Provides increased resistance to the damage during installation at high and low temperatures
3. Reduces the possibility of kinking.
4. Prevents jacket shrink-back and fatigue failure at the splice case.

SWABSORB For STREAK FREE Ultra Cleaning, Day After Day.
Swabsorb microfilament cleansing wipes pickup dirt particles that conventional clothes leave behind!
MICROFILMENT FIBRES: Swabsorb is made of Polyamide and Polyester microfilament continuous fibers and not of Microfiber yarn. Dtex of SwabSorb is 0.15 dtex against 0.0-1 dtex of microfiber yarns. Micro fiber is made up of many small staple fibers, each of about 50-100mm long, whereas SwabSorb is a continuous filament of very fine denier. 1 M² of SwabSorb has about 10,000 km of filament. SwabSorb is an ideal material for high-tech wiping, cleaning and drying applications. It is an ideal material for wiping, cleaning and drying:
- Cleaning cloths and dusters
- Automotive wipes
- Industrial Wipes
- Surface preparation wipes
- Laundered Towels
- Tea Towels
Key Benefits
- Cleansing Power & Absorption
- No Fiber Release -Non Linting
- For Sensitive Surfaces
- Strong & Non -Directional
- Environmental Friendly

Micro Structure
As you can see thee have isotropic strength and are very strong. Further, these are bicomponent split microfilament yarns as shown below. One segment is polyester while the other is polyamide and each microfilament has very fine denier of 0.15 dtex. Regular cleansing fabrics have a fiber dia of about 0.3 mm or 300 microns, whereas split microfilaments have a wedge shape structure of size less than 1 micron! This gives a huge surface area to the fabric, and a very big absorption capacity of micro dust particles.
